Potential Employee:
    You can expect to work when it snows, sleets, during a storm, or shortly afterward.  Employees are called randomly until the amount of personnel needed is met.  People who are reliable and prompt for work will be used the most.  You must be available to work when it snows, whether it be weekends, holidays, etc.
Payday is bi-weekly.  Check will be mailed to your home.
